Use the VaultTracker® Enterprise Feature to send media to an
off-site location, such as Iron Mountain.
To send media to an off-site location using VaultTracker Enterprise:
From the CommCell Browser, right-click the storage policy copy
containing the media to be exported, select View, and then select
Media.
The Media List dialog is displayed.
Right-click the media you wish to export and select Export.
In the Export Media dialog box, enter the location to which you are
moving the media (e.g., Iron Mountain, etc.) in the Outside storage
location field.
The location field is for display purposes only to help you keep track
of exported media.
