URGENT : data corruption and data lost risks on Clariion CX4 running R30-508 and earlier.

Regarding the ETA emc258303, the CX4 must be upgraded to the R30-509 (04.30.000.5.509).

In case of data corruption, the Clariion logs show "Coherency error detected" messages. In that case, you must apply the following action plan :

Upgrade the CX4 to the R30-509
Run a file check from the connected hosts to all Luns affected by the "Coherency error detected"
Restore corrupted files
