1-Touch - General Information
1-Touch is a highly-automated method for recovering your system in case of a
disaster. 1-Touch is an enhanced variation of the Bare Metal Restore (BMR)
procedure that is commonly used in industry to recover systems. 1-Touch allows
you to recover systems without manually reinstalling individual software
packages (including operating systems), and it is available on the Windows
platform as well as on various Unix platforms. Depending on your 1-Touch version, you can use
the CommCell Console or the appropriate wizard to set up and run a 1-Touch
