If the Archive/Compliance Archive and
Detailed options are selected from the
Job Summary Report Selection dialog box, the
Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report will be
created.
This report is useful if you require:
- A summary of archives for each client.
- Archives performed during a specified time period.
- A list of archives that displays the coverage or the latest trend for
each subclient.
- Detailed archive information such as the start and end time
(or current phase), the total size of the archive job, the
elapsed time, the transfer time, the throughput, the number of objects
archived, the amount of data, the failed folders and files,
content indexing usage and failures (if any), and the filters used for
the archive.
- The percentage size change between the previous and last archive job of
the same backup type if Show Percentage Size Change on the
Selection tab is selected.
- The difference between size of compressed and uncompressed archive jobs
if compression is enabled on the subclient level. For more
information, see Software Compression.
-
In the Selection tab, the list of Protected Objects (the objects that have been backed up) can
be sorted by size and name by setting
nFileListSortOrder,
nFileListTopN, or
nFileListNotLessThan registry keys.
