Use this dialog box to define the Content Director workflow.
Search Criteria
Enter the search criteria to locate data. See Search Options/Search Input for more information on the various search options.
Name
Specifies the name for the Content Directory Policy.
Description
Use this field to enter a description about the entity. This description can include information about the entity's content, cautionary notes, etc.
Operation
Lists all the data discovery operations that can be automated and scheduled from the Content Director Policy. Select the operations that need to be included in the policy.
When selected, enables you to perform legal hold operation on the search result items.
When selected, enables you to restore the search result items to a Review Set.
When selected, enables you to submit the search result items to an ERM Server through an ERM Connector.
When selected, enables you to assign or remove tags on the search result items.
