My scheduled task or Alert did not reach the intended recipient

The Senders Email Address, Mail Server, or SMTP port was not configured properly

To configure these parameters:

  1. From the CommNet Browser, right-click the CommNet Server, and then click Properties.
  2. From the CommNet Properties dialog box, type a new Senders Email Address, Mail Server, or SMTP Port.
  3. Click OK.

E-mail messages are not displaying correctly

If you are using a non-English operating system, the default font in Microsoft Outlook 2007 must be set to an Arial Unicode MS font, such as Times New Roman or Arial.
