Installation Monitor Restore

Use the following steps to install laptop software on your laptop using the installation package provided by your administrator:

1. Locate the WindowsCustomPackage provided by administrator and double-click the .exe file to start the installation.  
2. Click Next.
3. Verify the default location for Custom Package extract files.

Click Browse to change the default location.

Click Next.
4. The silent installation procedure begins with the command prompt option. Press any key to proceed with the installation.

The installation proceeds silently with the message, "Please Wait...". This might take several minutes to complete.
5. When the installation is complete, a success message will be displayed.
If you have installed the software and your laptop is registered, click  button available at the bottom of the page to proceed to the Monitor section.

If you have installed the software in decoupled mode, use the following steps to register your laptop.

  • Locate the RegisterMe.exe utility from <Software_Installation_Directory>/base folder.
  • Right-click the RegisterMe.exe and then click Run as Administrator.

  • Specify CommCell user name in Computer Name.
  • Specify the user account information provided by the administrator in the UserName and Password.
  • Click Register.
8. Your client is now registered.
