By Creating a DWORD registry key "bPromoteBrokenChainDB" with zero value at location "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CommVault Systems\Galaxy\InstanceXXX\MSSQLAgent". Registry key takes precedence over global parameter. 2. By default, offline databases will be backed up. This can be disabled in following ways: a. By creating a global parameter "IgnoreNonExistentDB" with zero value. b. By creating a DWORD registry key "nIgnoreNonExistentDB" with zero value at location "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CommVault Systems\Galaxy\InstanceXXX\MSSQLAgent". For eg: Engg;Admin;Finance;IS 4. For eg: To archive all users of Engg & Admin depts using a subclient (say scONE), create scONE & assign atleast one mailbox (preferably from Engg or Admin depts).
