Welcome to BullSequana SH package repository!
New upgrade package revisions are published on a regular basis for BullSequana SH. These packages include security fixes and product updates.
The packages are released into different Technical State (TS). Each TS includes different bundles to be upgraded:
- BMC - Upgrade the BMC - Local management Console
- BIOS - Upgrade the BIOS - Hardware component detection and setup
- CPLD - Upgrade the Complex Programmable Logic Device - Electrical management
- [Optional] MISM (Machine Intelligence System Management), an Atos product to automate software deployment (with a set of Ansible playbooks) and server monitoring (using Zabbix templates).
Upgrade steps
- Check your current version: connect to the BMC, and check the FIRMWARE VERSION attribute in the BMC INFORMATION bloc of the Overview section.
- Identify the target upgrade version in the table below
- Download and uncompress the associated All in one file (including BMC, BIOS & CPLD) and follow the upgrade instructions
IMPORTANT: Always make sure to upgrade you BullSequana Edge to the latest Technical State available!
