You did not assign the billable entity immediately after you assigned cost categories

Some data protection operations were charged using cost categories that were not charged to the billable entity.

You do not have the last version of the CommNet Agent.

Upgrade to the latest version of the CommNet Agent to receive storage policy and storage policy copy information on your billing detail reports.


I Cannot See QSM Billing and Costing Information on My Reports and Summaries

The information is still in the QSM cache and has not yet been updated in the CommNet Browser

If the CommNet Server synchronizes with a QSMCell that has not run data collection since the last time that Cell was synchronized, the CommNet Server may not be updated with new information from the QSMCell. Try waiting a few minutes and then synchronize the QSMCell again by following the procedure Synchronize Cells.
