Where to Install the Software

The Quick Recovery Agent is installed on the computer which satisfies the minimum requirements specified in System Requirements.

Installation

The software can be installed using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Install Software from the CommCell Console - to install remotely on a client computer.
Method 2:
Install the Quick Recovery Agent - Windows - to install directly on Windows client computer.

Install the Quick Recovery Agent - Unix - to install directly on Unix client computer.

Once you install the software you must Create a QR Policy and Create a Subclient. This is explained in Getting Started - Quick Recovery Agent
