Data Protection SLA Report

This report shows the SLA (Service Level Agreement) coverage average for all of the clients, applications, and subclients for selected CommCells, as compared against the admissible SLA defined in the SLA Setup dialog box that can be used by selecting Setup>SLA Configuration from the CommNet Browser. The performance ratings included in this report allow you to quickly determine if your CommCells, clients, applications, and subclients have adequate data protection coverage. Note that you can exclude those subclients created in command line  for DB2, Informix, Oracle, Oracle RAC and SAP agents, if necessary.

The report emphasizes the subclients that are not within the set limits by pointing out the data with a red icon which require attention.

NOTES

The graphs and charts for Quick Recovery Agent differ slightly from those of other agents. These differences are due to the first Incremental volume update not being considered as full in the back up model and data protection only through Incremental volume updates. Hence, all short-term and long-term full data protection columns display No Coverage. Additionally, as the SLA is based on Full data protection schedules and does not display for Quick Recovery, the SLA shows as significantly lower than the default Admissible SLA for other agents.
