The sections below explain the requirements that are mandatory for the GRC setup to work effectively.
The source and destination CommCells must have the same version of CommServe and MediaAgent software installed.
If SRM Agents are present in the remote CommCell, make sure to install SRM Server on destination CommCell to be able to associate the migrated agents for SRM. |

The SQL server version residing on the Destination CommCells should be higher or equivalent to the version of SQL Server as existing on the remote CommCell.
In Remote Office Branch Office scenario, the Remote office may have a different SQL version if the installation is performed using the Express Version of the software. The destination CommCells install the Enterprise version of software, hence the SQL Enterprise version on the Destination CommCell must be higher or equivalent to the SQL Express version of the Remote CommCell.
Both destination and remote CommCells must have the same SQL Server version installed.
