Barcode Collision

Cause

Existence of two tapes with same barcode.

Solution

Ensure that you check the barcodes associated with the tapes in the CommCell to make sure that there are no duplicate barcodes across all CommCells being migrated. If you find two tapes that have the same bar code, one of them needs to be changed.

Client Name

Cause

Existence of two or more clients with same name.

Solution

Run the GRC setup wizard again and Rename the clients with same name.

Use Rename Clients option from GRC setup wizard.

Missing Answers

Cause

Missing or no answers provided for mount paths while Specifying MediaAgents and Mount Paths.

Solution

Run the GRC setup wizard again and specify appropriate mount paths for the required libraries to be used by GRC.
