Recover from Outlook Recover from a Web Browser Advanced Options  

If your administrator has installed Outlook Add-In on your computer, you can locate and recover archived public folder messages directly from a web browser.

1. Type the URL provided by your administrator in the address line of your web browser.

For example: http://company/console

  • Type your Outlook user name and password.
  • Click OK.

  • Expand your mailbox and select a message to restore.
  • Click Recover All Selected...

  • Select Recover all selected items to 'Recovered Items' folder.
  • Click OK.

    The message will be restored to the Recovered Items folder in Outlook.

  • Click the Recovered Items folder in Outlook.
  • View the recovered message.
