VIOS ifix installation procedure

Download the ifix and place it in a new directory created in /home/padmin/, say /home/padmin/ifixdir              

1. Check that the level of the VIOS is the right one running :
$ ioslevel

2. Commit previous updates
$ updateios -commit

3. Apply Ifix
$ updateios -accept -install -dev /home/padmin/ifixdir

4. Check for installed i-fixes by entering the following command.
$ lssw
