Use this dialog box to enable or disable Metrics Reporting - Diagnostics and Usage and all related options.

Configuration

CommCell Diagnostics and Usage

Enables the collection of data for Metrics Reporting - Diagnostics and Usage. To disable data collection, clear this option.

Health Check

Enables data collection for the creation of a Health Report on the Cloud site. To disable data collection for the Health Check Report, clear this option.

Upgrade Check

Enables data collection for the creation of an Upgrade Check Report on the Cloud site. To disable data collection for the Upgrade Check Report, clear this option.

Activity

Enables data collection for the creation of an Operations Summary Report on the Cloud site. To disable data collection for the Activity Report, clear this option.

Upgrade Readiness

Enables data collection for the creation of an Upgrade Readiness Report on the Cloud site. To disable data collection for the Upgrade Readiness Report, clear this option.

Audit

Enables data collection for the creation of an Audit Report on the Cloud site. To disable data collection for the Audit Report, clear this option.

Client Group for Diagnostics

Allows you to specify whether to collect information for all client groups or a specific client group.

Data Collection Time

Specifies the time at which data collection for the survey begins.

Use Proxy Client for Download and Upload

Allows you to enable the use of a proxy client for downloading and uploading survey information. To specify the proxy machine, select the machine from the list. Only machines that are installed with a Windows File System iDataAgent appear in the list.

Registration Information

Use this tab to register the CommCell computer with our Cloud Services site and receive a login account so that you can view Metrics Reports.

CommCell Name

Allows you to enter the name of the CommCell.

Company Name

Allows you to enter the name of your organization.

Phone Number

Allows you to enter the phone number of your organization.

Address

Allows you to enter the physical address of your organization.

Email Address

Enter your e-mail address to receive a login account for our Cloud Services site, where you can view Metrics Reports.

After you enter your information, you will receive an e-mail that contains your user name and password for our Cloud Services site. If you do not receive an e-mail within an hour, send an e-mail to CloudServices@commvault.com.
