"DROP-IN" contract - the repairing option
With this "Drop-in" contract, your materials are carried, repaired and returned within short delays. All is managed by SERRIB, our subsidiary company of repair. This solution allows an efficient alternative to reduce your costs of data-processing operations, without damaging the good operating conditions of your materials. Of course, those services are more dedicated to PCs, small office servers and printers than large server or Data Center architecture.
Repair time can be reduced up to 4 hours, depending on the products and the contractual agreement (exchange is possible).
Your materials are removed and dispatched to the repair center, specialized by type of products (screen, printers, cards, disks, etc.). Our center is ISO certified for more than 10 years and work with several great companies.
