High Availability contract (HA999)

The HA999 contract is a maintenance and support service with commitment on high availability.

HA999 includes all the conditions offered in the Gold contract (quick on-site intervention in the 2 coming hours, "On site intervention continuity" 24/24 hours and 7/7 days, repair time within 8 hours) and adds the high availability of your configurations with 99,90 % of uptime guaranteed per year.
With a budget slightly higher than the Gold contract (+ 10%), HA999 is today the most attractive High Availability maintenance proposal of the market.

The HA Center insures the continuous reception of alarms coming from the HA999 configurations and ensures check-up and diagnostics, 24 hours a day. The HA specialists receive the customer calls directly, and manage the requests until their conclusion. This guarantee of availability during 99,9 % of time per year means that the unavailability of your system will not exceed 8 cumulated,hours and 42 minutes over the 8760 hours of the year.

When acquiring new systems, the HA999 warranty extension ensures a high level of availability for 3, 4 and 5 years. This option will effectively protect your configurations at the best conditions.
