GOLD contract
With the Gold contract, the repair time on site is guaranteed within the 8 hours following your request. The availability of your configurations will be much more maximized in comparison with Silver and particularly bronze contracts. Availability is also improved by quick on-site intervention in the 2 coming hours, and thanks to the "On site intervention continuity" 24/24 hours and 7/7 days until the system is repaired. You take also benefit from the 24hours x 7days remote alarming, and by an annual environmental site check-up, managed by the European Bull HA Center.
When acquiring new systems, the extensions of warranty to Gold level ensure a high level of availability for 3, 4 and 5 years at a reasonable price.
