Overview

All job summary reports (either data protection, data recovery, or administration operations), are available from the Job Summary Report Selection dialog box.

By default, failed files and failed folders are displayed in the reports in red. If you want to change the colors of these values, you can set the failedFilesSameColor and failedFoldersSameColor registry keys, respectively. For more information on these registry keys, see Registry Keys. Note that jobs that have failed will also display an Error Code, which, if the report is displayed in HTML format, will link to troubleshooting article(s) available from the Customer Support website. From this report filter, reports can be created to display:

The length of time job history data is retained for the Data Protection jobs, Data Recovery jobs, and Administrative job summary reports is determined by the defined aging rules. For more information on job history aging, see Job History Data.

All Jobs

If All Jobs is selected from the Job Summary Report Selection, all data protection, data recovery, and administrative jobs will be included in the report.

The following types of data protection job summary reports can be created from the Job Summary Report Selection dialog box based on the selected filter criteria:

Job Errors
